Why is Branding Yourself Important as a Real Estate Agent?

Having a clean, cohesive feed can really make you stand out against your competition. When someone is searching for a real estate agent under the hashtag, #chicagorealtor or #tamparealtor, you want your posts to consistently stand out and be what they click on.

Building your brand as a real estate agent is crucial because

  • It helps you to make a memorable impression on followers, clients, leads, and other professionals (referrals!)⁣

  • It shows your audience that you’ve got a strategy and are consistent in your business⁣

  • People will do business with who they are familiar with, branding will help with your recognition ⁣

  • Your brand sets you apart from your competition. You are the only you there is, nobody can duplicate that⁣

We recorded a video customizing our July content with a sample Branding Kit and Branding Images. It took about 30 minutes to do this, but we sped it up for you.

Here's how to brand your C&C Content each month

1️⃣ Each month we release Branding Photos that will correspond with the following months' content. Take these photos yourself, hire a photographer, or ask a friend⁣

2️⃣ Create your branding kit in Coffee & Contracts and choose your brand fonts, colors, and style⁣

3️⃣ Go to the Canva templates for the month, view in Page Manager mode and delete all the posts you do not want to use⁣

4️⃣ Go through and change the color to your brand colors HEX code (# cbaf8e is used as the main color in this example) and change the fonts to your brand fonts ⁣

5️⃣ Go through and drop your branding photos into the background, or where we direct you to add your own image⁣

6️⃣ Download, pair with our corresponding caption, add your hashtags, and post! ⁣
