Do Real Estate Agents need a Facebook Business Page?

Haley Ingram

Recently, a member asked us if it's still important to have a Facebook Business page in 2021. They are primarily focused on Instagram and get little to no interactions on their Facebook Business page. We took to Instagram stories to ask our community what they thought about this question. Here's what we found out.

Do you get a lot of engagement on your Facebook Business Page?

No, but it serves as a portfolio if a client googles you (which 90% do).

Our Take: Having "Real Estate" on Facebook is beneficial, but not crucial.

While we think Instagram is the best social media platform for promoting your real estate business organically and being discovered, we do believe it is beneficial to have a Facebook Business Page linked to your Instagram account.

Do you agree or disagree?
