Email marketing for realtors begins with a landing page. A landing page is a website page used for capturing leads. The goal is for the website visitor to share their name and email address in exchange for a valuable free resource “freebie” you provide. We recommend creating a landing page in ConvertKit (free!). Then, use a Coffee & Contracts Template as your Freebie
Select & customize a freebie from the library of Coffee & Contracts templates. Choose something like a new homeowners guide, a seller’s guide or a home maintenance checklist.
Finally, create an Email Automation in Convertkit
Email marketing for realtors just got a whole lot easier. Meet one of our favorite tools, Convertkit. CovertKit is great platform for setting up a landing page. Once a lead submits their information, they will receive an email that includes the freebie you selected. What’s more, Convertkit has a free version for up to 1000 subscribers.
