How long have you been in real estate? What did you do before? Why did you switch?
I’ve been in real estate for 2 years now after a career in operational logistics and client services. While I excelled in those fields, I didn’t have a passion for it nor did I see myself happy long term. I knew I wanted to be more in control of my career and business and I truly loved helping people so felt like real estate would be a great fit! Luckily it is as I sold over $3 million in sales my first year and am on track to double that this year which means I’ve helped over 30 families!
What’s unique about the way you do business?
I think coming from a customer service background and not a sales background really lends itself to my clients feeling comfortable with me from the get-go. I NEVER push or pressure anyone and am always coming from a learning-based perspective. I am incredibly detail-oriented, organized and basically Type A personality which you don’t typically find in real estate.
What’s your favorite part about being in real estate?
I love getting to know my clients and just being that resource for them in every possible way.
What’s your method for attracting business?
Instagram! I know the types of clients I want to attract and I market myself based off that. Luckily, I live in a gorgeous city that the world loves so that definitely helps!
If you could go back in time and meet yourself as a new agent, what would you tell yourself?
Have more confidence! I still tell myself this 😂
