When she’s not showing houses or on listing appointments, she’s most likely hosting Zoom calls to educate and connect with other agents across the country (or possibly rollerblading around Jacksonville!).

How has social media impacted your real estate business?

Honestly I can’t imagine where my real estate business would be without social media. I’ve been able to build creditability on the platforms for free. And I’ve had some amazing life-changing opportunities. 

What advice would you give an agent looking to grow their Instagram account/social media accounts?

Keep showing up! Be consistent. Show “behind the scenes.” Educate. Come from a place of service. Always try to provide value. Giveaways. Sign up for Coffee & Contracts! 😉

How has building relationships & networking with people helped you build your business?

This is huge for me! I consider myself a serial networker haha! Always looking to meet new people. When you come from a place of service trying to help other business owners they will return the favor, but never expect it. 

Why do you love connecting with other real estate agents?

I love connecting with other real estate agents to share my experiences and help them in their businesses. And I love hearing about their experiences.

What advice would you give someone starting in real estate?

Same advice my mom told me, learn as much as you can, deals will fall through, you will make mistakes but you will learn from those and it will help make you a better agent.
