When we launched Coffee & Contracts in 2019, we had less content and our prices were $19/month. As we continued to grow and add content, our prices went up to $34/month in 2020, and anyone who was at $19/month was grandfathered in. In 2021, our prices went up to $54/month and anyone who was at $34/month was grandfathered in at their price.

We honor the rate that our "founding" members signed up at. If they cancel, they'll have to sign up again at the going rate.

Unfortunately, we do not offer our founding member rates to anyone who did not sign up during that time period.

If you'd like to switch from monthly to annual or multi-user, you can do so here. It will automatically prorate the price for you. If you are subscribed at a founding member price, reach out to us to upgrade your account.

Yes! A multi-user license allows a C&C member to use content for more than one real estate agent or business entity. A multi-user license is typically purchased by a Team Leader, Brokerage Manager, Marketing Manager, or Social Media Manager. Multi-user subscriptions are assigned a single account owner and they are able to give free logins to team members underneath their account. You can sign up for this here.

There is not a difference in content between the two. The single agent is just one license to use the content. The multi-user license allow one team leader to sign up and pay, and they will be able to send free sign up links to the agents they would like to add on to their account.

Absolutely! We hate to see you go but you can cancel easily. You will have access to your account for the remainder of your membership period, and it will expire on your re-bill date.
