Authentic, less-polished content
Content that looks like it’s a photo from your camera roll and you created it yourself directly in Instagram is typically performing better than highly-produced visuals.
Because of this, we incorporated a lot of this style in December templates.
While the less-polished, authentic content is performing well right now, there is still a place for polished, high-production content. However, it’s important that it’s unique, creative, and attention-grabbing.

Reels continue to be the best way to reach new users and increase engagement. Agents who are posting local reels and listing feature reels are seeing great results.

Storytelling posts get way more engagement than generic tips because they’re emotional and memorable. Sharing real stories (like how you helped a client) makes people want to follow along, while generic advice tends to get scrolled past.
