90 Days Remain in 2022/ Q3 Recap/ Welcome Q4 

Quarter 4 has begun and on October 3rd there are officially 90 days left in 2022.

  • Share a timeline of how someone could sell/buy before the end of 2022
  • Ask your audience what goals they hope to accomplish before the end of the year…or share the goals you are working toward.
  • Share a recap of Q3 (personal and professional updates!)

Address Spooky Interest Rates. Share your professional opinion!

Rising interest rates are a hot topic right now.

Share your professional opinion on rates and why people should not be spooked.

Celebrate National First Responders Day with a Thank You!

October 28th is National First Responder Day (Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officer, EMTs, Paramedics).

Create a post thanking your community’s  first responders.

Donate goodies to your local fire or police station.

Share a home safety checklist with your followers to help make their jobs a little easier!

A tip that we like to implement into our own Instagram marketing is to focus on creating content that your audience will want to bookmark for later.

Share hacks, insights, resources and tips that people will want to refer back to.

  • Fall-decor finds (share where you snagged that cute fall wreath!)
  • House gadgets to gift homeowners this fall

Create a text-based Reel

A text-based Reel are the easiest type of Reel to create!

Grab a trending audio (look for that upward arrow in the botton left the Reel as you scroll to see what audios are trending now)… then, create an animated video in Canva that’s no more than 5 seconds long.
