Build a Landing Page as a Real Estate Agent

If Instagram closed its doors overnight, or you lost access to your account, would you have a way to get in touch with your audience? The truth is, no one owns their Instagram followers, so it’s important to build relationships outside of social media. Watch the step-by-step video or read along below to learn how to build a landing page as a real estate agent, set up an email campaign, and keep in touch with those hard-earned followers.
Pick a Valuable Freebie to Give Away
Start by choosing what content you’d like to giveaway as a “Freebie”. Members, use one of the Coffee & Contracts Printables as your free incentive. (Check out the Simply Selling Guide, the New Construction Guide or the Rent vs. Buy Guide)
Download the entire guide as a PDF
Download the cover page as a PNG
Once you have determined what your incentive will be, it’s time to create a landing page where your visitors can sign up for your email list. Your landing page should be optimized for conversion and designed to make it as easy as possible for visitors to sign up for your email list. By providing a valuable incentive and creating an effective landing page, you can start building a targeted email list that will help you grow your real estate business.
