Executive Assistant
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for managing the CEO’s emails and calendar, assisting with personal tasks, and handling project management for C&C, including coordinating with vendors, partners, and contractors. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will help manage the C&C team and provide support as needed, proofread content for accuracy and consistency, and provide customer support.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, loves Canva and marketing, and has an understanding of residential real estate. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, be able to research and find solutions to problems independently, and be able to assist with Instagram and Canva tasks as needed. This is a fast-paced role that requires the ability to handle small, odd tasks as assigned, act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, and assist with event planning and coordination, such as organizing company retreats and team building activities. - You must be at your computer and available Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
- Living near the St. Petersburg / Tampa, Florida area is not required, but it is a plus.
- This position is remote, but you’ll be asked to join for brand photoshoots and events we attend.
Responsibilities
→ Manage the CEO’s emails, calendar, and schedule appointments
→ Assist with personal tasks, such as booking travel arrangements and sending gifts
→ Manage the C&C team and provide support as needed
→ Handle project management for C&C, including coordinating with vendors, partners, and contractors
→ Load content into Airtable each month and ensure that all content is organized and up-to-date
→ Proofread content for accuracy and consistency
→ Provide customer support as needed and ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
→ Handle small, odd tasks as assigned
→ Research and find solutions to problems independently
→ Assist with Instagram and Canva tasks as needed
→ Assist with financial tasks, such as managing invoices and expenses
→ Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, ensuring that communication is clear and consistent
→ Assist with event planning and coordination, such as organizing company retreats and team building activities
