Our Community Manager will be a remote position and will be working 30 hours per week (with room for growth).

will be a remote position and will be working 30 hours per week (with room for growth). You will be responsible for member support, management of the members-only Facebook Group, as well as assist the team with various WordPress and social media tasks.

 

Duties:

MUST FEEL VERY CONFIDENT IN WORDPRESS, CANVA, AND SOCIAL MEDIA. You will be working in WordPress every day and answering questions about Canva and Social Media on a daily basis.

✓ Manage the Members-Only Facebook Group, including but not limited to providing customer service, interacting with members in the group, adding/removing members in the group when they join/cancel.

✓ Respond to all customer support questions including but not limited to email, social media direct message, comments, etc.

✓ Must have clear communication skills and be able to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Must be able to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

✓ Aid in WordPress support and troubleshooting with a working knowledge of WordPress including how to edit a website.

✓ Must always go the extra mile to make members happy.

✓ Assist in social media marketing efforts and posting. Must feel extremely confident in Instagram, Facebook, and Canva.

Our Social Media Manager will be a remote position and will be working 20 hours per week (with room for growth). You will be responsible for creating content, scheduling to social media, and working with the creative team on fresh content ideas.

 

Duties:

✓ Pull from our Dropbox of images and sample content to create social media posts & ads

✓ Schedule our Instagram feed

✓ Write educational, engaging captions for Instagram

✓ Create graphics in Canva or Photoshop for Instagram/Facebook

✓ Create graphics in Canva or Photoshop for Pinterest

✓ Pin from our website to Pinterest

✓ Respond to Instagram messages
