Landing pages are such a simple and effective way to grow your email list and generate new leads. Using Mailchimp, you can create a landing page for free. And today, we are going to show you how to do this – Coffee & Contracts style!
Let’s backtrack for a second, what’s a landing page?
A landing page is a standalone web page that your potential leads can “land” on when they click through from an email, ad or social media post.
For real estate, it can be used to generate leads by offering a free, digital resource. For our example, we use a “Home Buyer Guide.” However, you can use any type of free download such as our Staging Guide, Seller Guide, Expired Guide, FSBO Guide, Rent vs. Buy Guide, etc. You can change the terminology to Home Buyer e-course, digital course, boot camp, packet, etc.
